Deliveries and returns
The transport of your package

Packages are usually shipped in 96 hours after receipt of your payment 
(48h for immediately accessible products, some of the products in stock 
being made to order). 

The standard shipping method is the Colissimo or letter followed, 
delivered without signature. If you want a delivery with signature, 
an additional cost applies, thank you for contacting us. 

Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible 
a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. 
They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to 
the price or the weight of your order. 

We advise you to group your purchases in one order. 
We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping 
costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care 
is taken with the package containing fragile products.
